Reporting timely and accurate results across biochemistry, microbiology, haematology, serology, immunology and pathology, the in-house laboratory plays an active role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients at the hospital.

    Blood Storage at Sree Renga Hospital:
    The first such facility to be operational in Chengalpattu, the blood storage unit at the hospital stocks requisite quantities of various blood groups for emergency use. Service offered in partnership with Voluntary Health Services, Chennai and is maintained and operated by lab technicians of Sree Renga Hospital.

Cardiologists and technicians detect various congenital and other abnormalities such as Cardiomyopathy. Helps estimate the cardiac function.

Endoscopy: Using fibre optic lines, medical gastroenterologists examine the upper part of the gastrointestinal system, the oesophagus, stomach and duodenum.

Colonoscopy: Flexible fibre optic scope used to examine the large and small bowels

Uroflowmetry:Uroflowmetry is a test that measures the volume of urine released from the bladder, the speed with which it is released and how long the release takes. Detects various obstructive problems of the urinary tract.
